$65 - $75/hr.

Job Description: Contract Specialist

We are looking for a contract specialist to p rovide contract negotiation and administration on a variety of programs encompassing all phases of the contract life cycle (pre-proposal through contract close out). We are looking for individuals who have experience selling, where they interface with primary customers like prime contractors, or the government.

Required Skills:

• BS/BA in a related field plus 10 or more years related experience.
• Government and Commercial (domestic and international desirable) contracts experience.
• A strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, government property, formation of proposals, and negotiations.

• Business related master's degree.
• CPCM certification.
• Experience with DOD and major Aerospace primes.
