Job Responsibilities:
Work involves controls, and electrical and hands-on troubleshooting of panels and client equipment.
Leading and growing department
Checking engineering and design work for heavy industries such as oil, gas, Petrochem, mining, metals, power, manufacturing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar applicable degree
12+ years of Controls and DCS experience along with power and instrumentation.
PE license preferred
Experience in Allen Bradley Studio 5000/500, FactoryTalk View Studio, and other AB software, Siemens TIA Portal, and other Siemens software, PLC 5 to Control Logix Mitsubishi GX Works 3 - Mitsubishi GT Works Siemens Simatic Step 7 – Win CC – TIA Portal, ABB software,
Rockwell Automation, Ethernet/IP PROFINET PROFIBUS CANopen CANbus Modbus TCIP/IP MySQL database, Visual Basic
Other HMI software
Familiarity with:
Replacement and Modernization of 480 V MCC
Replacement and Modernization of PLC hardware and software
Integration and Modernization of SCADA and Historian
Building control panels
Plant power distribution
Electrical Analysis ETAP 12.6. or SKM
Instrumentation Software: Emerson Instrument Toolkit.
MATLAB, Power World Simulator, Simulink, KEIL, MS,
XCAL, AutoCAD, Google Earth Pro, MS Office Suit.
Best Practice, Standards Principles: National Electrical Code, National Fire Protection Association (NEC, NFPA)
