Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant specializing in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) to spearhead the establishment of a new Workforce Management Implementation team within our client's organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build and oversee a team of WFM consultants, collaborating closely with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Infor Workforce Management solutions. As the lead consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the WFM team, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative workforce management solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of Infor WFM consultants, with team size to be determined.
- Collaborate with the sales team to conduct demos and secure WFM projects.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their business requirements and objectives pertaining to workforce management.
- Implement and configure Infor Workforce Management software to align with client needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on utilizing the Infor Workforce Management software effectively.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to uphold optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in workforce management to offer expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Attend planning and status meetings with key client personnel to understand project requirements and communicate our implementation methodology effectively.
- Ensure that Infor WFM functionality meets all business requirements.
- Participate in overall project planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and adapting to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to express ideas clearly and keep stakeholders informed.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to develop innovative approaches to meet customer needs and promote customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues promptly and develop effective solutions.
- Effective planning and organizational abilities, including prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Experience in delegation and providing recognition for results.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring Infor Workforce Management software.
- Strong reasoning ability, with the capacity to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in Infor CloudSuite WFM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Infor CloudSuite WFM certification preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role involves directly supervising employees within the department, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
