Job Description:

Looking for a seasoned manufacturing process engineer who is ambitious and on track for their next career step is to become a manufacturing project manager. You will need to come from an industry that creates physical products / widgets. Company experience with existing product lines, and new product lines that require R&D, prototype development, and implementation into new manufacturing / assembly lines.

Your goal is to assess, project plan, map out timelines, and help forecast and ensure manufacturing delivery is on budget and scope. Report out on processes, project performance, and escalation of physical manufacturing of products. Manage change in project scope, schedule and costs. Help manage the relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Process Engineering experienced in a manufacturing company that makes physical products/widgets.
  • Experience in existing process improvement manufactured products
  • Experience in participation of new prototyping and manufacturing products too
• Project Related Technical skills
• Strong desire and drive to become a Project Manager
• Experience and good working knowledge of Project Management within manufacturing environments that produce products / widgets.
• Experienced or participation with all phases of 'new' manufacturing lifecycle development process

• Background in engineering, business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
• Bachelors Degree (ideally in engineering field)
• Open to travel up to 10% of the time to other office and occacaionally the customer
