Sr. DevOps Engineer

Salary Target: $100K - $170K + Bonus

Job Description:

Our client is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Utah. They are looking for a Sr. DevOps Engineer who is strong in AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform. They are also open to a mid-level who is ready to take that next leap in their career. This is an established DevOps team that is building go-to-market SaaS products so experience in that space would be ideal. This position is for onsite only in the Salt Lake office.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of recent hands-on experience with DevOps engineering
• 2+ years experience managing AWS, GCP, and/or Azure resources (AWS preferred)
• Experience administering Kubernetes Clusters (experience standing up a Kubernetes clusters is a big bonus)
• Strong recent hands-on Terraform experience (IaC experience w/ Terraform)(not Bicep)
• Experience maintaining CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with Bash or Python scripting
• Docker
• Command Line tools
• CI/CD Pipelines (Gitlab)

• Experience working in FedRamp environments
• Metric and Alerting platforms (Datadog, Prometheus)
• Proficiency with Data Technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch)
• ActiveMQ, Kafka
• DevOps technology-related certifications (CKA)
