Job Description: UKG Implementation Manager

Our client is looking for a skilled IT Solutions Manager who is an expert with UKG platforms. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) change management associated with UKG platforms, integration & management of platforms, overseeing implementation, process optimization, customizing, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years IT solutions and implementation, along with hands-on experience with resource PM tools such as WorkOtter and UKG.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT implementation and solutions experience
• UKG Implementation experience
• Must have construction or manufacturing experience
• Proven experience with set-up and customizing UKG platforms
• Solid Project Management skills and utilization of Project Management tools

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Degree in IT or Project Management
• WorkOtter experience
