Job Description:
Our partner is a global provider of commercial and retail investment services. They are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator specialized in Audio/Visual/Conference hosting equipment and platforms. This position is focused on providing "white-glove” support to end users for audio/video collaboration environment. This includes support for online meeting platforms such as Webex, Zoom, MS Teams, working within Service Now and Condeco for meeting management, setup and maintenance of audio/visual equipment in their offices and conference rooms, and helping to run data-to-day operations of the New York broadcast studio. Additional support in the form of smart hands will be required on their voice platforms. This includes telephone headsets, and the installation of Cisco telephones. This candidate should also have basic understanding of network connectivity concepts and cable patching.
