Chief Product Officer
Salt Lake City, UT (remote)
Direct Hire
Pay Range: $200K - $225K + Equity

Job Description:
Our client is a fast growing software start-up that is recruiting for a Chief of Product Officer. They're looking for someone who has a computer science or software engineering pedigree and has successfully launched consumer facing digital product/applications. You will champion the product vision and develop the strategy and roadmap that brings these web based SAAS products to life. You must be able to break down complex, ambiguous problems into steps that drive product development while understanding our users, the market, and the competition!

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years as Chief Product Officer role for a Technology or Software Organization
  • 5+ years in a SAAS Product Management role
  • Strong/Modern design sense and understanding of the product, user research, and brand design process
  • Experience leading all product development and product roadmaps that address real user needs
  • Experience leading a cross-functional product teams that consist of product manager and designers
  • Experience with process management of user testing, including pre-release deployments with potential customers and incorporating feedback into the product
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • A technical background with deep understanding what the engineers on your team are talking about and how your product works
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong leadership skills and a "we can do this attitude
