Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative analyzes customers requirements and needs to make recommendations that provide the highest quality care to our customers. Additionally, you will greet and take customers' requirements under direct supervision of a supervisor or manager to exceed the customers' needs and expectations. Additionally, problem solves any difficulty a customer may experience regarding their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with exceptional customer service by understanding and assisting the customer's needs.
  • Under the direct supervision of a supervisor or manager, converse with customers to analyze and assess customer's problems and needs.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive explanation of their benefits.
  • Complete full customer care experience. Enter full information into POS software and ensure manager approval.
  • Promise accurate turnaround times meeting the customers' needs. Immediately notify customer of any delays of delivery times.
  • Customer Care follow up calls will be required.
  • Ensure product pricing is accurate.
  • Monitor jobs waiting to be picked up. Inform management of any job held over 30 days
  • Manage all product returns.

Accurately process customer payment transactions.

Attend all office meetings.

Participate in all training opportunities offered by the company

Other duties, as assigned.

Work Experience

1-3 years of related customer service experience within a similar office/retail environment


AA or BA/BS in related field is desirable

Job Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Demonstrated success in a retail, office environment addressing a broad spectrum of customer requirements and preferences.

Demonstrated ability to establish positive patient rapport and build relationships to establish repeat customer-trends.

Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the proven ability to manage priorities in a fast- paced environment.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and ensure that customer commitments/deadlines are met
