Customer Service Rep

Contract to Hire, or Direct Hire

Target Hourly Pay $25 - $35 / hour depending on experience

Plano, Texas

Job Summary:

Newly created position with a company that is in early-stage with new products launched in the manufacturing industry. They are now shipping products all over North America, and a few other countries and building a team of professional customer support reps who have a technical acumen. Work in a network operations center and take inbound calls from clients who are having technical and/or mechanical issues with their products. Help customers diagnose and basic troubleshooting of products. Then escalate complex technical customer issues as needed.

There is also an aspect of this role whereby with confidence in your customer service skills, can grow your career and become an inside sales rep.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Representative in an engineering for manufacturing industry environment.
  • Competent in analyzing, comprehending, and applying data
  • Proficient in listening, problem solving, and customer retention
  • MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Sharepoint
  • Associate degree or equivalent

Bonus / Soft skills:

  • SAP experience
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Personal and Professional in the work environment and with customers on the phone
