Customer Support Associate

White Plains, NY

Direct Hire

$50-$55K plus benefits

Join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This position is a key part of our inbound phone support team, responsible for efficiently managing incoming calls to our call center. Your goal will be to provide outstanding support, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer issues via inbound calls, ensuring swift and professional resolution on the first contact to achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce, using appropriate call coding for tracking purposes to contribute to enhancing overall customer experience initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and various internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues and act as a strong advocate for our customers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to deliver effective account servicing and provide basic training to users during interactions to promote product adoption and usage.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Able to handle approximately 40 calls a day

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues on the first contact and manage tickets with thorough tracking and detailed notes, including timely follow-ups.

  • Effectively manage customer frustrations, escalating issues to management when necessary.

  • Maintain professionalism and thoroughness in all customer interactions, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, thriving in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high efficiency.

  • Adapt quickly to challenges, demonstrating the ability to process, understand, and retain new information effectively.
