Customer Support Engineer


Temporary Direct hire: $30.00- $40.00 / hour

Job Description:

Our client is looking for highly skilled Tier 3 Software Customer Support Engineers to join their team for a 6-12 month contract. They recently acquired an AI Chatbot company that is being integrated into their own platform and have a bottleneck of work that needs to be completed. Some of your main responsibilities will be to ensure the client's customers are using the platform to its fullest extent and to assist with complex client-specific challenges. In this critical role, you will be digging into logs and data as they roll out new platform features as well as supporting external customers throughout the process. An ideal candidate has experience with API monitoring and testing tools and can successfully work autonomously.

Required Skills:

  • Experience solving issues working with the API and customers in SaaS
  • Experiencedirectly supporting customers during a high-level software integration/implementations
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or other similar tool
  • Comfortable working with JSON
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritize effectively
Bonus Skills:
  • Tier 2 technical support experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks
