POSITION OVERIVEW:

Incredible opportunity to work with a one-of-a-kind private membership club, offering a global entertainment experience for high-net-worth individuals. The highly anticipated club will be a bold reinvigoration of the timeless and iconic brand within a multi-concept venue that invites, seduces and celebrates a new generation's after work lifestyle of luxury and leisure.
We are seeking a self-motivated and persuasive sales person to implement a successful Membership strategy to by developing individual and corporate leads, as well as generating sales through member referrals.

Experience in sales for the private club industry or other luxury brands (private aviation, real estate, yacht charters) with a proven track record of success is required. We are looking for a superstar membership salesperson.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong 'book of business” and ability to close deals. In addition to your own primary contacts, we are looking for someone who is resourceful in tapping into their secondary networks and tertiary networks through strategic partnerships to build the sales pipeline. Lead generation will be supported by the senior management team, and individual must be experienced in strategically advising colleagues on how best to approach their network.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:

  • Achieve and exceed budgeted Membership targets and revenue goals annually through the solicitation of new membership leads to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, participation in off-site events, site inspections and written communication
  • Advise, plan and execute membership programing, communication and value added benefits to enhance the overall membership experience
  • Liaise with the SVP of Brand Marketing to decide a marketing plan in order to uncover new and potential business to drive membership demand
  • Maintain financial accuracy and tracking of membership sales results and members
  • Attend meetings and other events that have potential to generate membership sales
  • Provide tours and ensure Members have the most up to date membership information
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers
  • Plan Member & Sales events
  • Strong time management, networking, organization and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent customer service focus
  • Ability to assist guest's needs and respond to all requests
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
This position offers a base salary plus commission, giving unlimited upside earning potential.

Required experience: Sales: 7-10 years. Marketing and digital marketing experience. CRM database experience.
