Job Description:
Manage document filing for long-term storage:
Collecting like documents
Place in proper containers
Place proper labeling
Work with long-term storage contractor for pickup/drop off scheduling
File updated / new drawings for end users use
Perform document relationship tagging:
Limited access to document control system (Bentley) to enter keywords tagged to documents
This will involve knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office software, and a drive for detailed organization
Use current hardware to create asset tags and digitize documents:
Will learn how to use in house hardware to create plastic identification tags and distribute them to asset owner.
Utilize scanners to digitize vendor and manufacturer documents
ALIM clean-up
Update new revision / new documents in ALIM
Provide help to end users:
Help to locate hard copy drawings as needed for end users
Stock and manage the Permits / Pre-op books at the office
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma
2+ years of Document Control experience
