We are in search of a knowledgeable ERP Specialist to manage, improve and customize our enterprise resource planning systems. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the ERP software runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and system optimization. This role requires understanding of ERP software, ability to interact effectively with different levels of management and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ERP software and third-party interfaces
• Work with team members to ensure alignment of the ERP system with business processes
• Customize ERP software to fulfill company requirements
• Identify system problems and troubleshoot solutions
• Update system, applications, and functionalities as needed
• Train employees on the use of ERP tools and systems
• Create and maintain system documentation and ERP process instructions
• Conduct regular system audits and testing to ensure optimal functionality
