Genesys Contact Center Lead
Direct Hire
Target Salary$75k - $90k
South Jordan, Utah (this can be a work remote job)


Job Summary:
This is a new job for the team. There are others in the company also in this type of role to collaborate with. This role will be working on and supporting the front-end applications and integration tools of Genesys telecommunications voice systems for call centers.

Work with the technical teams to come up with new solutions / capabilities to help the internal and external customers. Work with the hardware side / voice engineers go better understand business insights and operational needs. Simplify the call routing solutions by reviewing the business objectives. Develop call center routing strategies. Work with and create user acceptance testing plans for both the technology and operations teams.


Required Skills / Experience:
  • Expertise with Genesys products and guiding / directing call systems integrations.
  • Expertise with Voice, Chat, Email, Video for communication methods
  • Strong understanding and knowledge with Genesys conference, transfer, merge
  • SQL experience basic searches and running reports, queries.


Desired:
  • Multiple years experience working with large IVR enterprise applications or architecture.


Soft Skills:
  • Self Starter takes initiative on projects
  • Strong communication skills both written and in communication
  • This is a work remote job. You have to be someone who works well on their own without direct supervision.
