Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Rep

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Duration:  Direct hire, long-term

Salary range: $45-60KYR + bonus

 

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will provide support on technical issues relating to pump, seals, and industrial applications with existing sales team.

Providing timely and accurate technical evaluation of products in order to aid in increasing the sales for the Outside Sales team. 

Understanding of product offerings, and the ability to support projects while communicating value to the Mining, Power, Industrial and Municipal Markets

Communicate with customers by telephone, and email; providing quotations, entering orders ,and expediting information.

Communicate with vendors regarding technical information, quotations, purchasing and expediting.

Follow up sales leads and quotations.

Assist in the development of accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features. 

 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience.

3-5 years inside sales experience, preferably in support of direct sales to end users.

Experience with Pumps and Pumping equipment

Vacuum system layout experience is a plus.

Experience in Industrial applications and OEM markets would be a great advantage.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, above average computer skills, ability to analyze, assess, and implement programs and processes. 

Strong and positive personality. Strong spatial and mechanical ability
