Job Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, plans and develops medium to large scope projects with many complexities, executes and coordinates projects, may oversee other Landscape Architects and technicians.
Communicates and participates in firm leadership.
Provide project management and team leadership for all phases and project types
Provide contract preparation and negotiations
Serve as primary contact with clients, consultants and public agencies
Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments
Responsible for final project design drawings and specifications
Perform construction administration procedures, including project documentation
Perform project programming and analysis
Produce or direct production of finished plans and specifications.
Approve materials and construction
Design and assemble presentations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or similar degree.
Licensed in Landscape Architecture, or AICP accreditation
5+ years of experience
AutoCad, Land F/X and/or Revit
SketchUp, Adobe CS, and other graphic-communication software
Newforma, Bluebeam and other project management software
MS Office
Ajera
Diverse understanding of Landscape Architecture and planning principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields
Knowledge of accessibility and life safety codes
Understanding of local zoning codes
Knowledge of construction document components and organization
Graphic communication and organization
