Manufacturing Project Manager

Direct Hire

Target salary $90k - $115k

Work is onsite – Provo, Utah metro area

Job Description:

This role will be for someone to work hand-in-hand along with all the engineering teams, 3 ^rd party suppliers, production teams, and vendors. Work with existing products, and new product productions/manufacturing during production and after product launch. Lead cross functional teams throughout the product lifecycles.

Will assess, project plan, map out timelines, and help ensure manufacturing delivery is on budget and scope. Report out on processes, project performance, and escalation. Manage change in project scope, schedule and costs. Help manage the relationships with clients and all stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years Project Related Technical skills, and utilization of software tools
• 4+ years Project Management experience for manufactured products.
• Experienced with manufacturing lifecycle development process
  • Requirements Gather (interal and external customers, business units, and marketing trends)
  • Protypes
  • Documentation phases
  • Implementations
  • Manufacturing
  • Process Improvement
• Background in engineering, business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
• Experience with ISO9001
• Bachelors Degree (ideally in an engineering field such as ME, EE, IE)

Bonus / Soft Skills:

PMP

Energy or Power Distribution industry experience
