Plant Manager

$160,000 - $170,000 ( Relocation Package Available)

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead our operations in Brookhaven, Mississippi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily plant operations, manage a team of 5 direct reports, and ensure operational efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of junior employees to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Ensure optimal plant performance through hands-on management and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the corporate office in Minnesota, providing updates and aligning strategies.
• Develop and implement new systems tailored to support the introduction of new products.
• Maintain accountability for quality control, budget management (including profit and loss), and forecasting.
• Act as the primary representative for the client in the Mississippi market, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 10-20 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in chemical engineering desirable.
• Proven track record in leadership, team development, and operational management.
• Expertise in profit and loss management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locations.
