Power Platform Specialist

This job posting is for a Power Platform Specialist position located in Huntington Beach, CA. It is a direct hire opportunity with an annual salary range of $80,000 - $90,000.

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for the Global Management team.
• Participate in implementing the Azure Cloud Data Warehouse.
• Develop and implement efficient Microsoft 365 solutions using the Power Platform, integrated with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and Forms).
• Develop and manage Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Dataverse or SQL Server (Azure or On-premises) as the supporting data source.
• Support Citizen Developers in utilizing and applying the Microsoft platform's capabilities.
• Train and guide Citizen Developers on using the Power Platform.
• Finalize and implement Commission Management Applications and Rebate Management using the Power Platform.
• Create and analyze reports using Power BI (Desktop and Paginated Reports) for key customer account management.
• Continuously develop and design content based on user needs.
• Work on confidential reports and projects, including exporting ERP and Service Data to the company's Azure Data Lake using Azure Data Factory.
• Transform and aggregate company Data Lake using Synapse Serverless Pool or Microsoft Fabric for Power BI data sources.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional-level knowledge and experience with the Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Advanced expertise in Power Automation Tools, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience in creating, managing, and administering Power Platform solutions, including governance, administration, and operations management.
• Proficient in Power BI Dataflow, Power Query, and Power Platform Dataflow.
• Experience with Power BI Data Modeling, Report and Dashboard creation, RLS (Row-Level Security), Dataflows, DAX, and Paginated Reports.
• Extensive knowledge of Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security aspects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server: ability to create Database Objects, perform complex queries, and create Stored Procedures using T-SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform application lifecycle management.

This position is ideal for someone with strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, especially in developing integrated solutions and providing support and training to Citizen Developers.
