Principal Cyber Configuration Management Specialist
Multi-year contract role

Contract Rate: DOE
Oversees engineering change proposals, design reviews, audits, scheduling, and budgeting
Leads development and implementation of computer-based configuration, data management systems and electronic data systems, and electronic data support
Leads development and design efforts related to configuration/data management documentation
Oversees the monitoring of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure standards and requirements are being met
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Confirms that requirements and the development and implementation of computer-based configuration, data management systems, and electronic data systems have been satisfied in accordance with law/regulation
Conducts analyses of business and user needs, documentation requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
Oversees development and implementation of new processes
Evaluates, defines, standardizes, and tracks data elements and object names
Experience:
6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
Knowledge, skill and abilities run in conjuction with current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570, and stated educational requirements
Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations
Education:
BS degree in STEM-related field + 15 years of experience
OR
MS degree + 12 years of experience
OR
PHD + 9 years of experience
