What will your day look like? You will:

  • Work with business, technology and operations partners to lead the design, development, and implementation of robotics process automation solutions that drive cost efficiencies and enhanced productivity.
  • Analyze business problems, develop technology solutions to these problems and manages solutions through the full life-cycle.
  • Build, test deliver and maintain robotic automation capabilities using industry leading RPA software.
  • Test the RPA code to ensure they perform as per business requirements.
  • Design and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with the business to meet their needs.
  • Leverages emerging technology to simplify processes.
  • Collaborate with IT to deploy the RPA code in production.
  • Identify and define best practices for implementing RPA solutions.
  • Ensure technology standards are kept.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
Who should apply?
  • Requires a Bachelor's business, data sciences, engineering, finance and/or mathematic or a related field and some experience in programming concepts, particularly in the fields of Robotic Process Automation, cognitive learning and machine learning, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience.
  • Some experience with RPA software and project methodology.
  • Basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation, cognitive and machine learning, design and analysis methodologies to work in an agile development environment.
  • Basic understanding of efficient coding structure & design.
  • Working knowledge of project techniques and practices.
  • Ability to test RPA codes prior to being deployed.
  • Ability to integrate multiple technologies and applications to create a comprehensive solution.
  • Good programming skills using Scripting language.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to develop design requirements/documents for automation processes.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Team player, flexible, and committed to quality process and outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
