Product Manager, Compliance

100% Remote

Direct Hire

$125-$135K/year

• Identifies the courses and training to be enhanced or developed and sources content to meet these needs.
• Work closely with the development team to incorporate externally developed content into the solution.
• Source and manages all external resources (i.e., legal counsel for policy creation and review, content providers, vendors providing email encryption or storage solutions that are incorporated into the product)..
• Acts as the internal SME to assist customer support and success teams with customer inquiries regarding PCI, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance.
• Notifies the organization of new HIPAA and OSHA compliance requirements, including individual state requirements.
• Makes recommendations for content updates based on regulatory requirements.
• Supports the sales organization with enterprise customer deals.
• Work with Product Marketing team to launch new updates

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years' experience in product management and agile product development.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance
• Experience working in the Healthcare industry, Healthcare SaaS preferred
• Working knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• OSHA experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
