Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Manager with a deep understanding of the fixed income market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a strong focus on the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a data-driven individual with exceptional market intelligence and customer-centric approach to drive the development of innovative fixed income products.

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver successful product launches.
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value.

• Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather feedback and understand market dynamics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2-5 years of product management experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on fixed income products.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed income products, including bonds, derivatives, and structured products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Bloomberg, BlackRock, or similar financial platforms.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management methodologies and tools.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
