Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: Contract-to-direct
Pay Range: $42-60/hr DOE
Job Responsibilities
Provide Architectural design, coordination and review for Industrial facilities and buildings.
Provide drawings, code and safety conformance requirements for buildings and facilities.
Prepare presentations, material boards and submittals for meetings and project illustration.
Attend meetings with officials for reviews, approvals and permits.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of licensed experience in all phases of Architectural project management- from programming through design development, presentation, engineering and consultant coordination, estimation, construction documents and specifications, permitting and construction administration.
Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
Experience estimating, writing, and reviewing project proposals.
Current Architectural License and ability to license in multiple states (NCARB Certification ).
Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Adobe, MS Office products, Bluebeam or similar PM Project management tools, Master Spec or similar Specification software.
LEED Certification a plus but not essential
Experience with Industrial and commercial building and master planning projects.
