Torrance, CA
Direct Hire
Salary Range: $140 - $155K

Job Description:

The Regional Director's primary responsibility is to ensure their teams reach their gross profit goals.

The successful candidate will possess strong experience in technical sales, management and the ability to create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit forecasts and plans. This position reports to the Vice President.

Required Skills:

  • Developing a strategy to grow two overall territories
  • Creating and assisting with team trainings
  • Managing individual and team activity goals
  • Coordinating with the CRM Administrator to ensure the company CRM system is updated, accurate and reflects all sales opportunities and efforts
  • Providing coaching and professional development of teams
  • Developing & placing members of the teams on performance plans
  • Creating strategies and forecasts for the teams
  • Participating in customer meetings & helping to close deals
  • Developing & maintaining positive relationships with key manufacturing partners
  • Maintains relations with Technical, Purchasing & Operations to assist team members with escalating issues
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Technology Sales experience
  • 5 years of sales management experience preferred
  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language
  • Candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects at once
  • Proactive approach to organization and problem solving
