Job Summary:
The Associate provides necessary information and support to the North American field sales force and sales management. This may include development and distribution of photos, project stories and other references, formatting and preparation of sales presentation materials, lead distribution and management, and response to other requests designed to facilitate the work of the Sales organization.
Provides support for field sales personnel and sales management, including company employees and independent reps.
Reports to Director of Training and Sales Support
Duties will include contact with Sales personnel
Job Responsibilities:
As assigned by the department Director, the Associate may participate in a variety of activities designed to facilitate sales throughout the company and serving a variety of brands and channels.
These activities may include:
Sales Support
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with sales force
Assist in the development of sales presentation materials
Gathering information on and organizing project references, success stories, and images for use in the sales process
Coordinating tradeshow and display materials
Researching and identifying lead sources, and distributing leads to sales channel
Assist in tracking progress of sales channel members in e-learning, classroom, and webinar training sessions.
Job Requirements:
Associates degree or equivalent experience in sales support, inside sales or business administration
One (1) year's experience in similar role
Understanding of CRM principles an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
Positive attitude and adaptability to changing conditions
Strong customer-service orientation and resourcefulness in finding information and solutions
Self-motivated and proactive
