Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide strategic and operational leadership in the development and evolution of the customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. Activities centered on Salesforce, particularly on integration of third-party marketing data, as well as creation of Serve as liaison for Marketing with all departments, ensuring consistent and quality deployment of the Salesforce application. Partner with Marketing Product Management to drive strategies to significantly impact the company's bottom-line and household profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop Marketing CRM roadmap to successfully drive companywide adoption, accountability for goal achievement and business results.
  • Execute plan to integrate third party marketing data into Salesforce in order to support marketing strategy and center CRM in Salesforce.
  • Create campaigns in Salesforce and establish Salesforce as primary tool for marketing campaign management:
-Cross sell/Upsell
-Onboarding
-Prospecting/Pipeline Management
-Referral generation
  • Partner with business/channel on deployment of impact strategies and campaigns. Work closely with ASG/IT group to ensure data integrity, efficient workflows, quality release communications and training plans.
  • Analyze system capabilities for continuous improvements and new development to support companywide goals and objectives:
    1. a) Work with business partners to analyze system capabilities and functionality.
    2. b) Collaborate with business users to create a cohesive delivery strategy.
    3. c) Design and deliver reporting aligned to goal strategies
    4. d) Analyze data and redirect training efforts to manage sustained improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience; multi- channel integrated management and execution
  • Experience creating CRM discipline and context for growing, and retaining existing customer relationships
  • Able to manage complex and changing priorities
  • Ability to work cross functionally with various support and front line departments
  • Data analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Mercado
