Job Description

ConsultNet is actively interviewing for a Scope & Control Analyst able to work remotely for our client in the Baltimore, MD area. The perfect candidate has a critical function in delivering the PMO Scope/Integration areas under the direction of our PMO Lead. We are seeking candidates who bring project management experience (transformational implementations, rather than steady-state operations) and a critical eye for detail with a consultative mindset to navigate this large program.

Responsibilities:

  • Mastery of administration of approval requests, tracking updates to the deliverables matrix, maintaining reporting, preparing the agenda and facilitating Deliverables Meetings, and archiving approved deliverables.
  • Maintain 2 month look ahead status reporting calendar; prepare for QA meetings in advance.
  • Proactively initiate the weekly status report draft leverage templates by EOD Tuesday each week, incorporate PMO updates and prepare the report for QA meetings.
  • Monitor PMO mailbox for requests, proactively carry out onboard/offboardingin a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the ADMSProgram Labor Reports using Power BI.
  • Monitor email inbox.
  • Draft CR Analysis requests leveraging existing templates for Scope & Control Leads to QA.
  • Manage approval requests.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly procurement dashboards of expected invoices/accruals.
  • Work with Scope and Controls Lead to quantify rick impacts and submit log updates to Risk Register.
