Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Java Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
