Job Description:

Our client is searching for a hands on Software Development Manager that will be leading a team. Rewriting a legacy monolith and migrating to React frameworks. Think 25% coding and 15% code review and 10% helping developers get unstuck. Great opportunity to work with other leaders and drive business growth.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with 5+ years of experience as a senior developer
• Expertise with Full Stack (Front End and Back End tools)
• Experience with React
• Knowledge of cloud services and container technologies including AWS and Docker

• Experience with complex, large-scale systems
• Engineering mindset with an excellent product quality sense
• Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively while ensuring processes and procedures are properly followed
• Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on concurrent assignments with different priorities
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
