Business Analyst

San Antonio, TX

12+ month contract

$55-57/hr

ConsultNet is searching for a Business Analyst to support ongoing projects for a client in San Antonio, Tx. The ideal candidate will have ten or more years of applicable experience working at an enterprise level within the utilities, engineering, civil and/or energy verticals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
• Design systems and procedures.
• Conduct work simplifications and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and assists in tracking metrics for business processes.
• Collect, document, and maintain business requirements for technology and business process driven projects or tasks.
• Support established relationships with business counterparts and becomes a credible partner, who seeks to understand business issues.
• Create benchmarks and insights based on analytic techniques to address issues and improve financial and operational performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience as this is highest level subject matter/technical expert and may include limited supervisory responsibilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive experience as an analyst.
