Type: Contract-to-hire/ Direct Hire

Pay: $65,000 - $70,000

Job Description:

Our client is a leader in the customized bottling and packaging equipment market.  They are seeking a staff accountant with 5+ years of general accounting experience to join their growing team.  They will perform general duties such as; reviewing and posting of labor hours to particular projects, create customer invoices, process expense reports via Expensify, report and track monthly sales commissions etc.  Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Required Experience:

• QuickBooks Desktop experience required
• Quick Time (formerly T-sheets) and Expensify experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changes in technology used to perform key job functions including software platforms; Willingness to fully engage in making those changes effective and successful.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Netsuite and Avalara experience helpful for implementation in March 2024
