The Location: New York
The Team:
The Global Transfer Pricing team at *** is responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and optimizing the company's global tax structure. They play a crucial role in determining the pricing of intercompany transactions, ensuring they are conducted at arm's length and align with the company's overall tax strategy. The team collaborates with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Tax, to develop and implement transfer pricing policies and strategies. They also provide guidance and support to business units on transfer pricing matters and assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation to meet regulatory requirements. The Global Transfer Pricing team stays updated on international tax laws and regulations to ensure *** remains in compliance and minimizes any potential tax risks.

Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to accurate transfer pricing documentation and analysis, helping to minimize potential tax risks and optimize intercompany transactions. By maintaining compliance with transfer pricing regulations, you will enhance our relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and reliability in our global operations, which ultimately strengthens our position in the markets we serve.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities are to:
manage various projects and workflows thoroughly and accurately;
analyze information and develop financial models;
perform economic, financial and accounting analyses;
perform quality control of work product;
direct and execute database searches for companies in North America, Europe, APAC, and other foreign markets; and
manage assignments by team members in the Global Transfer Pricing group.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of transfer pricing experience in transfer pricing consulting environment or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct quantitative analysis.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial information.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Experience with S&P CapitalIQ is a plus.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
