Job Description:

Our client builds smart IOT products/platforms and they are growing tremendously. With that they are looking for a strong Tier 3 Application Support Engineer to w ork in tandem with the software development teams to document and reconcile customer/end-user challenges. In this role you will be focused on supporting new and exciting IOT devices, using cloud technologies in a large multi-tier infrastructure. If you have experience working with IOT applications and devices that would be a BIG bonus!

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Application support experience with PHP, C++, C#, Java, or Python
• 2+ years of SQL based database technologies (SQL, Mysql, Postgres)
• 2+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP requests, JSON, etc.
• Expert in troubleshooting and technical resolution to software, and application issues
• Expertise in debugging code & fixing issues

• Work experience with IOT devices/applications
• Experienced working with external customers of PAAS, SAAS solutions/services
• Experienced with developing database scripts, application codes in Java
• Experience with peer-to-peer training and/or mentoring
