Job Summary:
This is the role that binds both the hardware and software teams on new customer projects the company sells to clients. You help mostly the software teams to consult them on how to deliver projects to the end client.

Tap into your previous software development skills and participate with software dev teams to troubleshoot log files, write SQL scripts to the databases, and software testing when needed to help keep the project on the right timeline. Then participate at the client site towards the end of the project when the hardware is built, installed, and working to then help the software team integrate their customized product solutions.

Concurrently work on 4-8 projects at a time. Their timeline for projects is between 6-18 months as both hardware has to be designed, built, installed while software products will be customized for each customer site.
