Billing Specialist

On site- White Plains, NY

Direct Hire

$60-$65K plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Monitor billing changes and maintain billing case queue.
• Supporting billing related tasks in fast paced environment.
• Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
• Assist with billing and billing reconciliations.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Issue credits/refunds whenever needed
• Assist the AR manager and billing team with organizational projects and other tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of billing experience
• Advanced knowledge of excel- Pivot Tables & Vlookups
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with large amounts of data
