Cleo Integration Analyst
Position Title: Integration Analyst
Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)
Team Structure: 6 Analysts and 3 Support Staff
Reports To: Director of IT

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, skilled Integration Analyst to join our team of integration professionals. This fully remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and possesses strong technical expertise in EDI, Cleo Integration Cloud, and API technologies. The Integration Analyst will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, handling diverse integration tasks that ensure seamless data exchanges across our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integration: Develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud, focusing on EDI and API data flows.
- Document Review and Analysis: Review and analyze purchase orders (POs), sales orders, and other business documents to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients during integration-related discussions, conveying technical concepts in clear, client-friendly terms as needed.
- Transaction Management: Utilize legacy EDI skills to support transaction types, including 850 (Purchase Orders), 940 (Warehouse Shipping Order), 944 (Warehouse Stock Transfer Receipt), and 945 (Warehouse Shipping Advice) using the X12 standard.
- API Development and Integration: Implement API-based integrations and data exchange protocols to support real-time connectivity with client systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations and effective support for ongoing processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal support team and other analysts to streamline operations and maintain data integrity across all transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills:
- EDI Expertise: Demonstrated experience with X12 EDI standards, specifically transaction sets 850, 940, 944, and 945.
- Cleo Integration Cloud: Proficiency with Cleo's integration suite, including data mapping, workflow creation, and error-handling features.
- API Knowledge: Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs for real-time data exchange.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing POs, sales orders, and transaction data.
- Client-Facing Abilities: Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner; able to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and solving complex integration challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Background in logistics, supply chain management, or third-party logistics is a plus.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a remote environment.
