Location: Greenwood, MS (On-site Position Monday - Friday)

Direct-Hire, Full Time 

Salary Target: $90-110KYR DOE 

Job Description:

The Test System Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing custom testing solutions to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and product teams to develop test plans, design Automated Test Equipment (ATE), and oversee the integration of testing systems into manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems, test engineering, and quality assurance, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing test systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD and ECAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Altium).
• Experience with automated data acquisition systems, test instrumentation, and control systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to test systems and product quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• Experience with automated and semi-automated test equipment.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, and programming (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development.
• Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies.
• Certification in relevant fields (e.g., Six Sigma, Certified Test Engineer).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
