Senior Full-Stack C# Engineer

Long-Term Contract: $60-$80 per hour

Our client is seeking a strong Senior Software Developers to work on a new event-driven microservices system that will impact every student and teacher in Utah. This role involves secure coding practices, Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate has expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, and data visualization capabilities, along with a passion for innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Develop microservices, including domain modeling, using modern best practices.
• Implement secure coding standards and practices in software development.
• Build and enhance web applications using .NET, C#, CSS, Angular, and Azure technologies.
• Contribute to system analysis, design, and testing using a Selenium framework.
• Apply principles of structured design, supportability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with container orchestration tools and build applications in containers.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop creative solutions for complex problems while adhering to customer-focused practices.
• Apply a deep understanding of data flows and collections for optimal system functionality.
• Participate in maintaining pipelines, containerization, and DevOps workflows.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, CSS, Angular, Kubernetes, Azure, Typescript, SCSS, Selenium, SpecFlow, CosmosDB, and microservices design.
• 7+ years of experience in secure coding practices, TDD, and DDD.
• Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge and practical application.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
