Mid-Level Project Manager - Jacksonville, FL

We are in search of a seasoned and driven Project Manager to oversee a critical integration initiative. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing diverse and complex projects, showcasing strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and holding a PMP certification will be considered an advantage.

• Lead and manage integration-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, key milestones, and expected outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans as necessary.
• Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.
• Assess resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to define criteria for project success.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived.
• Prepare and present progress reports, requirement documents, and presentations as needed.
• Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for effective project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on integration projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is an asset.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Adaptability to evolving priorities, requirements, and schedules.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
