Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Technical Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (ERP). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Procurement, etc.), as well as hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Reporting, and PaaS development. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, data structures, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and third-party financial systems.

• Design and develop custom extensions, reports, and integrations for Oracle Fusion Financials ERP.
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financials modules to align with business needs.
• Develop and optimize FBDI and ADFdi data loading processes for financial transactions and master data.
• Work with Oracle PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) solutions, including Visual Builder, ADF, and OCI services for custom applications.

• Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Implement data conversion strategies to migrate historical financial transactions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Ensure smooth data flow between Oracle Fusion, banking platforms, tax systems, and payment gateways.

• Design and develop custom financial reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Optimize real-time reporting solutions for financial close, reconciliation, and audit compliance.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and recommend performance optimization strategies.

• Implement and manage role-based security models, user access controls, and audit compliance in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP post-go-live.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.

• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials Technical Consultant, with at least 3+ years working on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, and Procurement.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFdi, and Fast Formula development.
• Experience with Oracle PaaS (Visual Builder, OCI, ADF) for custom application development.
• Knowledge of bank statement processing, tax calculation automation, and financial approval workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and SOX compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud: Technical Specialist, Oracle Cloud ERP Developer) are a plus.

• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency financial implementations.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations with tax engines, banks, and payment processors.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud security standards.
