Position Title: Director of IT Applications Orace Fusion HR and Finance

Overview:

This leadership role is responsible for managing the strategy, development, and support of HR and Finance applications, focusing heavily on Oracle Fusion platforms. This individual will oversee system capabilities, manage delivery teams, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. The role requires a strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to manage complex systems and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Oracle Fusion ecosystem for HR and Finance applications, including HCM, Financials, and EPM modules, while managing other integrated platforms.
• Act as a Solutions Architect, aligning system design with business objectives and providing expertise on best practices and emerging trends.
• Lead the implementation of system enhancements and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain connectivity strategies for integrated systems and ensure vendor relationships are effectively managed.
• Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge technical solutions that enhance user experiences and meet business requirements.
• Establish high coding standards, manage delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
• Identify potential risks proactively and implement strategies to mitigate issues.
• Collaborate across departments to design and implement scalable solutions that leverage Oracle best practices.
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet SLA requirements and provide continuous support for technology assets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical recommendations and facilitating governance processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion HCM, Financials, or EPM platforms, including implementation and enhancement projects.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with experience building and leading technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale platform implementations, systems consolidations, and SDLC methodologies in ERP environments.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion cloud applications, including configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of agile practices, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for managing development processes.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

Skills and Attributes:

• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise technology initiatives and achieve strategic objectives.
• Proven experience in process improvement, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Strong technical acumen paired with business analysis skills to align IT strategies with organizational needs.
