Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-construction meetings as required to define project requirements.
• Track project status, prepare P/L reports, and communicate progress with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules to field crews, including production reports and crew status updates.
• Provide oversight and support for field crew safety, addressing and resolving hazards and concerns.
• Review weekly/daily schedules to optimize resource utilization and personnel to meet revenue goals, project timelines, and customer expectations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, including refining methods, procedures, and resource allocation.
• Address field questions, emergencies, safety issues, and client/customer inquiries.
• Supervise field crew members to ensure training, productivity, communication, and successful project operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to facilitate communication, ensure quality, and enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Participate in setting goals, developing objectives, and establishing policies and priorities.
• Review and approve field crew expenses and daily reports to ensure production targets are met.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on candidate interviews, onboarding, disciplinary actions, coaching, and employee management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the underground infrastructure industry, with preference for hydro excavation experience, or related industry experience required.
• 3+ years of project management experience, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of project management principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to work both in an office environment and conduct regular field visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365 (especially Advanced Excel), enterprise reporting systems, iOS, Android, project management tools/software, and GIS or similar systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various project sites across the state.
• Availability for on-call operations support.
