SAP Concur Travel Module Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: 4-6 months (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled SAP Concur Travel Module Implementation Specialist to lead and support the successful implementation of the SAP Concur travel management module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and deploying the travel module and a proven track record of resolving implementation challenges. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition.

• Implementation & Configuration:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP Concur travel module.
  • Configure the system to align with company travel policies and business requirements.
  • Optimize workflows for travel booking, approvals, and compliance monitoring.

• System Integration:

  • Integrate the SAP Concur travel module with existing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and third-party tools.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless API and data integration.

• Policy Alignment & Compliance:

  • Customize travel policies within the module for compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper setup for corporate travel booking and expense reconciliation.

• Training & Support:

  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support for system users.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.

• Issue Resolution & Optimization:

  • Identify and resolve system implementation challenges in a timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and travel teams.
  • Liaise with SAP Concur support and vendors as needed.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur, specifically the travel module.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end implementations of SAP Concur or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of API integration and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience with travel booking systems and workflows.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Concur certification or relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience in corporate travel management or expense systems.
