6 month Contract with the possibility of extending
Contract Rate: $30.00 - $40.00per hr.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a People Engagement Specialist who will be supporting their Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Development (TD) team. In this role, you will be assisting the team with designing impactful solutions that allow our client's employees to create an inclusive product experience and workplace culture that is aligned with their company goals and values. The People Engagement Specialist will report to the Global Head of DEI and TD and will work closely with members of both the Talent Development and DEI teams to meet quarterly OKRs and companywide people engagement initiatives. This important member of the Global TD and DEI team will be key to expanding the capacity of the global team leader and respective members on key initiatives.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in designing Learning Development specifically with DEI training
- Demonstrated history of engagement, commitment, and leadership regarding DEI and/or TD principles, practices, and initiatives
- Natural interest in staying current with DEI and TD industry trends
- Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) platforms
- Experience managing and delivering training programs and resources through LMS
- PM experience having created clear OKRs and what it takes to plan, execute and oversee team projects from inception to completion
Bonus/Soft Skills:
- Highly Collaborative and willing to build strong relations with your colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership to foster collaboration and trust
- Experience in teaching, group facilitation, or a related field.
- Proven coordinating and implementing inclusive leadership practices and programs for employees across various employee levels;
- Experience designing training programs: creating, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals;
- Bachelor's Degree desired but not required; long-tenured industry experience in TD and DEI will be seriously considered
