Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery aligns with established goals, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, outcomes, and milestones.

Implement and maintain rigorous change control processes to manage evolving project requirements.

Manage dependencies across concurrent projects, proactively identifying and addressing interrelated challenges.

Coordinate efforts across diverse project teams, including internal and vendor resources, with teams of 30+ contributors.

Develop integrated project schedules, identify potential risks to timelines, and implement contingency strategies as needed.

Proactively monitor and mitigate project risks and issues, leveraging preventative solutions to maintain progress.

Drive budget management for projects valued at $5M-$10M+, including capital expenses, SaaS costs, and operational expenditures.

Facilitate project governance meetings, prepare status updates, and present progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure all project activities align with broader strategic priorities and compliance requirements.

Champion a structured project delivery framework, leveraging industry standards and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Foster collaboration within geographically dispersed teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Draft and refine project processes, documentation, and guidelines to meet organizational needs and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or blended approaches).

Solid understanding of IT systems, emerging technologies, and industry trends relevant to enterprise project delivery.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira.

Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex, high-impact project environments.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on strict timelines.

Proven communication and leadership abilities, with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Aptitude for analyzing data, assessing project health, and making informed decisions to drive outcomes.

Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technology landscapes.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in an enterprise or technology-driven environment.

Master's degree preferred.

Professional certifications such as PMP, ACP, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
Work Environment and Expectations

Flexibility to travel occasionally to project sites or offsite meetings.

Ability to work non-standard hours as necessary to meet project milestones.

Capable of managing physical demands such as prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
