SAP OTC Consultant

Pay: $40 - $50 p/hr

Our prestigious client is looking for a SAP OTC consultant to join their team assisting in SAP solutions to optimize their offerings and improve operations. You will create custom solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs and develop solutions for order-to-cash processes within a large enterprise system, adhering to established standards.
• Configure and tailor the sales and distribution component of the enterprise system to facilitate order management, pricing strategies, invoicing procedures, and credit controls.
• Collaborate with integrated teams, such as materials management, finance, and production planning, to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
• Facilitate comprehensive order fulfillment, billing operations, and revenue accounting.
• Manage inventory availability checks, credit evaluations, and shipment planning.
• Identify and resolve challenges related to the order-to-cash cycle within the enterprise system, offering both functional and technical assistance.
• Participate in data migration activities, system validation, and user enablement.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, business process workflows, and training resources.
• Provide support for post-implementation activities and continuous improvements.

• Demonstrated experience as an enterprise system consultant or similar role within the health technology industry.
• Deep understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, specifically related to the order-to-cash process.
• Experience with electronic data interchange integrations with third-party logistics providers and trade promotion management systems.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a beneficial asset.
• Experience with large-scale, international deployments is a beneficial asset.
• Experience working in a blended onshore/offshore team structure is a beneficial asset.
• Solid experience in system configuration.
• Proficient in integrating with modules related to materials management, finance, and supply chain management.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems is a beneficial asset.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a meticulous approach.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects while adhering to established timelines.
