Job Description:

The Software Development Manager oversees the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions supporting financial access services in gaming environments, including casinos, online gaming platforms, and administrative tools. The role includes developing software for ATMs, kiosks with cash access functionalities, casino cage systems, standalone cash dispensers, and digital wallet integrations. Collaboration with offshore developers, supported by internal teams as needed, is a key aspect of this role, which reports directly to the CEO.

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience developing financial access applications for gaming environments, including kiosks and casino cage systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing offshore development teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft development tools (e.g., C#.NET, SQL).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A hands-on technical manager with current expertise in designing, coding, and debugging applications.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and commitment to staying current in the field.
